About The Release: “Sugarcoat,” is the second single I’ll have released this summer. I’m really excited to see what people think of this sound, because it’s definitely the most Pop inspired song I’ve worked on as an artist so far! 

I wanted to write a fun song based on the realization that people from different places communicate differently. When we were writing the song, we thought it would be fun to tie the lyrics to particular cities and locations. I drew some inspiration from my own experiences being someone from NY who moved to the South and noticed some dissimilarities in how people talk to one another. 

What’s Next: I’m working on one or two more singles, and then my Debut EP!
